This power vinyasa yoga class is based on the Baptiste Yoga Journey into Power sequence. You will flow, sweat, strengthen and breathe as you move through the power yoga flow.
While someone brand new to yoga might prefer to begin in a Foundations class to get familiar with the poses, beginners are welcome in every class. This class encourages you to work at your own level, allowing expansion from the physical practice into possibility – on and off your mat. We always offer variations and modifications to make the poses work WITH YOU! This studio is heated to 90 degrees for this class.
