Pursuit Fitness & Performance and Metro Power Yoga provide this 6-week yoga and cross training
program to maximize your running potential. Get faster running times and learn the benefits of adding cross training and yoga to your run training. This is a great way to learn how to avoid injury, and overcome the stresses of running. Pursuit Fitness will provide a great cross-training workout, and Metro Power Yoga will lead you through a powerful dynamic 60 minute active stretch to keep you from getting stiff.
