Yoga Workshops We Offer (and can offer for your private group)

Foundations to Flow – Get into yoga from the ground up. We’ll explore the foundation – feet and hands – and how it integrates into the core, providing stability and power. You’ll learn basic yoga poses and activation techniques that will be invaluable in your day-to-day living. This is a 2-4 hour session designed to get your group ready for flowing with ease!

Asana, Meditation, Inquiry – Get grounded in this session; Combine movement, mental stillness and exponential growth. Allow yourself to let go in the flow of your breath, expanding into your fullest self. Workshop is 2-4 hours in length, combining asana, meditation and journaling exercises.

Yoga for Athletes – Designed to balance key areas that get neglected in day-to-day activities and sports. This workshop is designed to stretch and strengthen, and is typically 2 hours in length but can be customized for your needs. Provides awareness and attention to tight, over-worked areas of any athletic body.

YIN Yoga for Athletes – This workshop will allow participants to chill, relax and hold yoga postures for several minutes at a time to target the deeper connective tissue of the body. Particularly effective for chronic stress and injuries. This workshop is typically 2 hours in length but can be customized for your needs. Involves the use of many props such as blankets and blocks.

Fly – Arm Balances are invigorating and challenging. In this session, participants will learn key concepts and postures that are inhibitors and gateways to greater strength and height in arm balances. This workshop is typically 2 hours in length but can be customized for your needs.

Go Upside Down – Inversions are fun, rejuvenating and powerful ways to express yourself and learn to go deeper into your practice. In this session, participants will learn key concepts and postures that are inhibitors and gateways to greater strength and stability in inversions in order to avoid injury. This workshop is typically 2 hours in length but can be customized for your needs.

Self Care Workshop – “Self care” is intentional action to care for your physical, mental and emotional health. Finding the time for self care is often a challenge for many people, but it is important to make your self-care a priority. Since self care is unique to each individual this educational and experiential workshop brings together yoga, mindfulness, and other techniques for you to learn new ways to reduce anxiety, stress, enhance self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-acceptance.
