Join us  for a quiet renewal in this yin yoga class. Yin yoga is called “the quiet practice” and is characterized by long holds in (mostly) seated poses. This style of yoga is meditative in nature and has a unique way of quieting the mind and your tight hips, hamstrings and lower back begin to unwind. Yin works deeply on the connective tissues of our bodies – the ligaments, tendons and fascia – and is a tremendous complement to a more vigorous yoga practice and lifestyle. Register
